Strategic Alignment Sprint
Align business priorities, digital strategy, and technology investments
Investment: $10,000 (~80 hours)
Timeline: Flexible (typically 2–4 weeks to fit leadership schedules)
Delivery: Led end-to-end by a single senior advisor
Overview
The Strategic Alignment Sprint is a focused engagement designed to help leadership teams align business priorities to expected outcomes enabled by aligned digital and technology investments to allow for clear decisions about what to stop, continue, start, and do next.
This sprint is led by a senior digital and technology executive with 25 years of industry experience, bringing an outside perspective grounded in real-world execution across enterprise, product, and technology leadership roles.
The goal is not more strategy artifacts; it’s to bring clarity, focus, and momentum.
What This Sprint Delivers
By the end of the sprint, leadership will have clear answers to:
What digital and technology efforts are no longer serving the business
What is working today and should be protected or reinforced
What new capabilities or investments must start now to meet business goals
What the organization should focus on next over the next 12 months
This is achieved using a Start / Stop / Continue / Next decision framework, commonly used by modern product, digital, and transformation leaders to drive alignment and reduce noise.
What I Do During the Sprint
Over approximately 80 hours, scheduled flexibly to fit executive availability, I focus on:
Understanding business priorities and expected results
Reviewing the current digital strategy and major initiatives
Evaluating how technology investments map (or don’t map) to outcomes
Identifying misalignment, duplication, gaps, and risk
Synthesizing insights into clear, executive-level direction
This work is done independently, without a consulting team, ensuring consistency, speed, and accountability.
What You Receive
A concise, executive-ready readout that includes:
Business Priorities & Desired Outcomes (12-month horizon)
